Each class offers modifications, so you are always working with your body, it is form over reps.
Functional Fitness is for building strong bodies - our sessions are programmed for functional movement patterns that transfer into every day living. These classes include free weights encouraging bone density and muscle tone.
Stretch and Yoga classes offer a moment to give back to your mind and body.
These classes are silent, giving space to those who need to unwind and relax their nervous system.
All together, these classes build and maintain a body right now and for the future,
so 65 year old you has strong bones, muscle to prevent falls, mobility and stability so you can continue to live an active fulfilled life.

There's no loud music so you can listen without distraction as you're talked through each movement.
